Timber garden room approximately 4.2m x 3m on plan. Veranda adds additional 0.75m making overall footprint 4.2m x 3.75m. The apex is approximately 2.5m high. This garden room is a Passmores Garden Room with Veranda. It has lived a reasonable life and has a fair amount of wear and tear though is still in use. The building is currently standing though will be taken down on 23rd July 2016. If there are no takers by then it will be cut up and disposed of shortly afterwards. It is a sectional building so anyone interested in taking it will need to arrange transportation. The building is in need of some repairs, with areas of localised timber decay to the back panel at low level and to the roof, though with some TLC there is no reason why it couldn't have another life somewhere else. The external walls and roof were, until recently, insulated and clad internally with OSB. The mineral wool insulation has been stripped and bagged up where feasible. The OSB sheets have been stripped and de-nailed ready for re-use.
